HOME GROWN WORKFORCE INITIATIVES

Hutto is also committed to good education, and the Hutto Independent School District works hard to support student success. They offer a wide range of Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs where students can learn skills for their future careers, like Animal Science, Digital Communications, Business Management, Nursing, Robotics, and more. These programs prepare students for college or a path in the skilled trades industry.

Business programs like Accounting and Business Management are also offered, along with Health Science courses such as Nursing and Exercise Science. Students interested in law can study Law Enforcement, and those who love to cook can take Culinary Arts. Hutto ISD also offers courses in Robotics, Cybersecurity, and Automotive Technology for students interested in engineering or working with cars.
